FAQ
Homogenisation is a process which mixes the milk completely for equal distribution of fat in every drop. Pasteurisation is the process of making the milk safe from any germs, through HTST - 72 degree for 15 secs which keeps the nutrition intact in comparison to UHT.
Absolutely, it is ready to drink straight from the bottle, without any boiling.
Our milk is homogenized milk which does not produce cream in the traditional sense. Homogenization is a process where milk is mechanically treated to break down fat molecules into smaller, uniform sizes, preventing the cream from separating and floating to the top. This gives the milk a smooth, consistent texture. In homogenized milk, the fat is evenly distributed, so you won’t see the cream separate out.
The shelf life of Glory of Cows milk is 7 days when stored under refrigeration below 4℃. However, we would still suggest you to consume the milk within 4 - 5 days to get the intact nutrition value of Glory of Cows milk. Once opened you need to consume it within 48 hours.
We have breed of Holstein Friesian cows which produce milk that contains both A1 and A2 proteins for a unique and balanced nutritional profile.
Glory of Cows is here to resolve your query and to help you understand milk better. A1 and A2 are nothing but the beta casein milk protein which is available in milk. A1 and A2 are merely marketing terms used across by dairy brands, which we at Glory of Cows refrain from using to educate our customers the right way. The milk that comes to your doorstep from Glory of Cows is unadulterated farm fresh milk with no antibiotics or preservatives sourced from best breed of cows around the world present at our farms.
