We aim to provide fresh, high-quality milk to all our customers in Lahore. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Because milk is a perishable product, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

A return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
If any seal is opened, item is consumed, or packaging is damaged, the return cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery through Call or Whatsapp

Provide your order number, delivery details, and a photo of the unopened product.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
You may choose:

A full refund to your original payment method, or
-
A store credit to use on your next purchase.
Refunds will not be issued if the item:

Is opened or used
-
Has been stored improperly after delivery

Is returned after the 24-hour return window
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used milk products
-
Items damaged due to customer handling

Products not returned within 24 hours
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation will not be possible.
